He is survived by: his mother Mary Lou DeWeese (Barron) of Speedway; his wife Linda Joan Eubanks of Huron; his children, Jennifer Eubanks of Bedford, Billy Dean Eubanks III of Lafayette and Jacob Eubanks of Huron; and his sister Rhonda Gardner of Indianapolis. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
