Blake (Bob) of Vincennes, IN.; his stepchildren, Kenny Goodman of Waynesville, NC, Kevin Goodnight (Linda) of Huntington, IN, Michael Carr of Hot Springs, AR, Randel Carr of Pierceton, IN, Kathleen A. Smith of Huntington, IN, Karin S. Fulkerson (Tom) of Bloomington, IN, Karol M. Bonine (Michael) of Bloomington, IN and Kelly C. Bates (Tony Davis) of Ketchikan, AK.; and his siblings, Ralph Kelsey (Martha) of Huntington, IN, Terry Kelsey (Pat) of Huntington, IN and Rose Holtrey (George) of Huntington, IN. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren; and many step-grandchildren and step great-grandchildren.
