He is survived by: his wife Candy Riley; his children, Tyler Young (Kari) of Huntington, IN, Jennifer Stender (Jeremy) of Huntington, IN and Miranda (Adam); his brothers, Jerry Chapin (Linda) of Huntington, IN, Donald Chapin of Huntington, IN and Doug Chapin (Suzy) of Huntington, IN; and his grandchildren, Alexia, Mason, Madeleine, Carson, Abram and Kylie.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Riley Children's Hospital in care of McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
