She was predeceased by: her mother Mary M. "Mag" Conley (King); and her brother Matthew Conley. She is survived by: her father Brunk Conley of Huntington, IN; her husband Mark Crews; her daughters, Chelsie Schlotter of Huntington and Kendall Schlotter of Huntington; her siblings, Mark Conley, Ellen Clevinger of Huntington, IN. and Diana Conley of Huntington, IN.; and her grandchildren, Gavin, Emma, Haisley and Bryton. She is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren.
