She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Eugene Hadley and Arvetta "Duckie" Lewis (Kline). She is survived by: her daughter Kim Worthington; her grandchildren, Tiffany Lyons (Walt) and Kyle Worthington; and her great grandchildren, Josh and Jason Lyons.
