He is survived by: his children, Jim Collins of Huntington, Joe Collins of Huntington, Julie Hamilton (John) of Huntington, Jenny White (David) of Andrews and Janelle Smith of Huntington; his grandchildren, Stone Smith (Jordin) of Huntington, Eli Smith (Rebecca) of Keystone, Heather Hamilton of Denver and Tiffany Hamilton of Huntington; and his great grandchildren, Theo Smith of Huntington, Jude Dillon of Huntington and Alex Dillon of Huntington.
