He is survived by: his wife Debra Reed; his daughters, Tamara LaFaucia (Pete) of Fort Wayne, IN and Angel Lewis (Scott); his sisters, Linda Goodnight (Kevin) of Huntington, IN and Joyce Benjock (Gregory); his sister-in-law Deanne Bushee of Huntington, IN; his grandchildren, Jessica Hammett (Dallas), Trevor Wiley (Aleah), Jarod Lewis (Brynn), Chandler Lewis and Elizabeth LaFaucia; and his great grandchild Carter Hammett.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family to help with expenses, in care of McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN.
