As we bid Richard farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Richard is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dwight Bell and Patricia Bell (Reasoner). He is survived by: his siblings, Gary Bell and Carol Shook (Dan); and his stepchildren, Janine Caley (Rick), Paula Cook, Gail Watterson and Angel Morris. He is also survived by 4 nephews, children, and several step-great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Millard Brown American Legion Post #156 (112 W Green St, Montpelier, IN 47359).
