He is survived by: his parents, Curtis E. Moorefield of Eustis, FL and Laura L. Weaver; his stepfather Craig Weaver of Winchester; his daughters, Cora Moorefield of Kokomo and Natalie Moorefield of Fort Wayne; and his siblings, Justin Moorefield of Fort Wayne and Alecia Moorefield of Fort Wayne.
