She was predeceased by: her parents, Hurshel B. Hethcote and Anna A. Hethcote (Butler); and her siblings, Hurshel Hethcote Jr., Merrill Hethcote, Max Hethcote, Merritt Hethcote, Claude Dea Hethcote, Wanda Hunnicutt, Melba Milar, Anna Belle Friend and Arliss Jean Drabenstot.
She is survived by: her husband Jon Kellam of Mt. Etna; and her children, Rick Kellam (Carol Myers), Cindy Elliott (Rick) and Tom Kellam (Stacy). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
