She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Farber and Laura Farber (King); her husband Wilbur C. Urschel; and her granddaughters, Jennifer Holtrey and Christina Holtrey.

She is survived by: her children, Bruce McMahan (Patty) of Moscow, TN, Doug McMahan of Huntington, Brad McMahan of Huntington and Lori Holtrey (George) of LaFontaine; her grandchildren, Nicole Nichols, Tyrel McMahan and Seth McMahan; and her great grandchildren, Nathan Mcmahan and Zach McMahan.

Memorial donations can be made out to Shriners Hospital for Children or Paradigm Hospice both in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
