She was predeceased by: her parents, Alba Newport and Ressie Newport (Fife); her husband John Collis Calveard, Jr.; and her son-in-law Jerry Southworth. She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Southworth of Huntington; her stepson Michael (Kathi Calveard); her sister Thelma McCool of Huntertown; and her close friends, Fontella Boxell and Vicki Bair.
