He was predeceased by: his parents, Noah Martin and Ovaline Branscum (Morrison); and his siblings, Ronald "Fleetwood" Martin and Shelby Downey. He is survived by: his children, Mike Martin (Amy), Gary Martin Jr., Brian Smith and Nikka Palmer (Nathan) of Huntington; his grandchildren, Miranda Martin, Samantha Webb, Garrett Palmer, Dylan Palmer, Macy Smith and Sydney Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Aurie Renae Martin and Remi Lynn Martin.
