He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Johnson of Huntington; his children, Scott Johnson (Becky) of South Bend, Tina Johnson of Kokomo, Angela Stacy (Danny) of Huntington, Laura Zapata of Wabash and Frederick "Erick" Johnson, II of Huntington; his brother Ralph Johnson (Nora) of Wabash; and his sister-in-law Donna Johnson of Fort Wayne. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
