He is survived by: his children, Levi West and Tessa Prilaman of Roanoke, IN; his siblings, Brad Stoltz (Shilo) of Decatur, IN, Elisha Martin and Michelle Ingle; and his nieces and nephews, Braxton Southerland, Ashlynn Hunt, Avery Elzey, Chandler Ripley, Dayton Fugate, Maverick Fugate, Braiden Martin, Jaelynn Martin, Kailyn Martin, Aryana Elzey, Leighella Shaw, Nelleaha Shaw and Aurie Martin.
