She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn J. Rugg, Sr. and Patricia L. "Patty" Price; her grandparents, Lee and B. Darlene Dixon; and the father of her children Ryan Andrew Cope.

She is survived by: her daughters, Destiny Cope (Breanna Baker) of Wolcottville and Brooklyn Cope of Wolcottville; her siblings, Toni Marie Lovely of Kendallville, Megan Contreras of Kendallville, Glenn "Joey" Rugg, Jr. of Rome City and Tyler Rugg of Kendallville; and her stepfather Jason Price of Kendallville.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials directed for funeral expenses.
