He was predeceased by: his parents, David Levin and Susan Levin (Parker); and his brother Stuart Levin. He is survived by: his son Michael Levin (Dawn) of Jacksonville, FL; his nephew Daniel Levin (Ruth) of Deerfield, IL; and his grandchildren, Christian Levin and Alexys Levin.
