He is survived by: his parents, Richard Miller and Brenda Chupp (Wing); his children, Maddex Miller of Huntington and Taelyn Miller of Huntington; his sister Amanda Bair (Chuck); and his close friends, Jerry Lacroix, Drew Frederick and Lucas West of Huntington.
