He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Lake and Paula Lake (Broom); his sister Amanda Lake of Huntington; his nieces, Kyla Knight of Fort Wayne, Lyria Knight of Huntington and Leeya Knight of Huntington; his great-niece Fayyah McDaniels of Fort Wayne; and his great-nephew Ryder Richey of Fort Wayne.
