He was predeceased by: his parents, Romuald Mundy and Clara Mundy (Buschkoetter); his wife Rosemary Fleck; his stepsons, Robert and Art Niehaus; and his brother Cyril Mundy.

He is survived by: his children, Brian Mundy, Barb Norris and Beth Gudorf of Stan Mundy, A. J; his stepchildren, Sylvester Niehaus, Deborah Shake, Barbara Kunkler, Margaret Hughlett and Randy Niehaus; and his brothers, Vince, Melvin and Kenny Mundy. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
