He is survived by: his wife Valerie Schoppenhorst of Huntingburg; his children, Stephanie Grierson (Steve) of Jasper, Joshua Schoppenhorst of Oakland City and Jennie Hoffman (Richard) of Huntingburg; his sisters, Vicki and Karen Hoffman (Kevin) of Ferdinand; and his grandchildren, Tyrus, Wylon, Kryssie, Zander, Ellie, Annemarie and Ada.
