Stephen Joseph Leibering Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Joseph Leibering of Huntingburg, Indiana, who passed away on July 18, 2023 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Eugene and Alberta Leibering (Meyer); his brothers, Don, Doug and Gary; his significant other Peggy Brown; and his grandson Xachary Trayling.
He is survived by: his children, Anita Trayling (Jack) of Coldwater, MI, Laura Buse (John) of Huntingburg, Chelsea Napier (Trenton) of Portage, MI and Shane Leibering (Leslie) of Jasper; his brother Richard Leibering (Fran) of Huntingburg; and his grandchildren, Xenah Wright (Ryan), Xeidler Trayling, Eli Buse, Ethan Cook, Otis Leibering and Makenzie Napier. He is also survived by three great- grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Southridge High School Bowling Team.
