He is survived by: his wife Betty Phillips of Huntingburg; his children, David Phillips (Sharon) of Jasper, Dennis Phillips of Huntingburg and Nina Goodwin (Kenneth) of Anderson; and his brother Joe Phillips (Georgeann) of Jasper. He is also survived by 1 grandchild, 2 step grandchildren, 1 great- granddaughter, and 1 step great- grandson.
