As Maria departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Maria may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Maria leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her husband Bernardo Angeles, Sr.; and her son Servando Angeles. She is survived by: her children, Cristina, Rigoberto, Juana, Alejandra, Jorge, Bernardo and Daniel Angeles. She is also survived by two sisters and two brothers; and (22) grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nass & Son Funeral Home (208 Main St, Huntingburg, IN 47542). A prayer was held on Sunday, March 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph's Catholic Church (1029 Kundeck St, Jasper, IN 47546). An entombment was held on Monday, March 17th 2025 at the Fairmount Cemetery (906 S Main St, Huntingburg, IN 47542).
