She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman and Anna Gadlage (Hoffman); and her husband James J. Mundy. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Mundy (Jeannine) of Huntingburg, John Mundy (Lori) of Huntingburg and Joni Lynch (Jason) of Dubois; her brother Rich Gadlage (Pat) of Jasper; and her grandchildren, Madison, Carson, Luke, Jacob, Mitchell, Tyler, Andrea and Sophie.
