Donna R. Forston Obituary
We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2023, at the age of 74, Donna R. Forston of Huntingburg, Indiana passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna R. Forston to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Carnahan and Minnie Fay Carnahan (Morgan); and her siblings, Doris Dick, Bob Carnahan, Loren Underhill, Claude Underhill, Jr. and Geneva Ingle Long.
She is survived by: her children, Belinda Hall of Huntingburg, Jeff Heim of Ferdinand, Phillip "Phil" Butler of Huntingburg and Cheyenne Ubelhor (Greg) of Ferdinand; her close friend Lee Dillon; her grandchildren, Rachel, Emily, Aaron, Jesse and Dillon; and her stepgranddaughter Kendra Ubelhor. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to a Multiple Sclerosis Charity in honor of Donna.
