She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Birk; her husband Ots; her mother Leona Backmeyer (Fuhs); and her brother Bill Birk (Doris). She is survived by: her sisters, Carolee Taylor of Evansville and Martha Schmitt (Larry) of Kansas; her niece Doris Hopf-Klem (Mike) of St. Anthony; and her sister-in-law Doris Birk. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
