He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Decker and Joella Decker (Pitney); his brother Charles "Sonny" Decker, Jr.; and his son-in-law Kevin Hathaway. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Decker; his daughters, Theresa Shultz (Shaugn), Rose Hathaway and Elizabeth Decker (Rich Hass); his sister Barbara Springer; his grandchildren, Jacob Hathaway (Christine), Kathryn Miller (Thomas), Jessie Wright and Joella Metzger (Andrew); and his great grandchildren, Keagan, Micah, Eric and Caleb.
