She is survived by: her husband Dr. Richard Kelty of Huntertown, IN; her children, Stephanie Wiley (Brandon) of Fort Wayne, IN, Nathan Kelty of Royal Oak, MI and Adam Kelty of Fort Wayne, IN; her granddaughter Addison Wiley; her brothers, Thomas Haffner (Susan) of Charlotte, NC, Terry Haffner of Fort Wayne, IN, Timothy Haffner (Diane) of Fort Wayne, IN and Steve Haffner (Janelle) of Fort Wayne, IN; and her brother-in-law Scott McAlister of Fort Wayne, IN..
