She is survived by: her children, Steve Etheridge (Pam) of Kendallville, IN, Sherry Shaw (Patrick) of Huntertown, IN and Kathy Etheridge of Huntertown, IN; her grandchildren, Phillip Shaw, Kirk S. Etheridge (Ines) and Erin Heitkamp (Jeremy); and her great grandchildren, Kayne Duncan and Taylor Shaw.
