He is survived by: his parents, Terry Green (Beverly) and Sandi Bruner (John); his wife Kathy Green; his children, Kaleb Green, Cooper Green (Julia) and Kourtney Green; his siblings, Todd Green (Nanda), Bruce Bruner and Kelley O'Connor (BJ); his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Judy Niedzwiecki and Jay Niedzwiecki (Robyn); his niece Wren Niedzwiecki; and his nephew Rook Niedzwiecki.
