He was predeceased by: his parents, Assad Halaby and Foutounie Halaby (Atalla); his son Carlton Halaby; and his stepson Colin Carnes. He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Leslie Halaby-Moore (Doug), P. Fadwah Halaby, Julia Halaby, John Halaby and Justin Carnes (Kendra); and his siblings, Sami Halaby (Gisela), Samia Halaby and Nahida Gordon (Donald). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in memory of Fouad to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or The Jerusalem Fund.
