"Donnie" Hoffman III of Huntertown; his grandchildren, Katerina Sakellariou of Wakarusa, Xenovia "Xeni" Sakellariou of Wakarusa, Margaret Futterknecht of Wakarusa and Rosalie Sullivan of Rushville; and his siblings, Trisha Cavacini (Matt) and Ben Hoffman (Natalie) of Huntertown.
