He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Stockwell and Theda Marilyn Stockwell (Leas); his grandparents, Heber and Maybelle Leas; and his wife Karen May Perkins.
He is survived by: his children, Brenda Shipe (Rick) of Angola, Kevin Stockwell (Lisa) of Hudson and Tom Stockwell (Patti) of Noblesville; his siblings, Alison Young (Pete) of Cicero, Linda Luther (John), Allan Fowler (Linda) of Midland and Robert Stockwell (Karen) of Washington; and his grandchildren, Danny Shipe, Kyle Stockwell, Derick Shipe, Jennifer Barclay, Jessica Conrad, Laura VanRoessel and Rachel Stockwell. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stroh Church of Christ (4540 S 1100 W, Hudson, IN 46747). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
