He is survived by: his wife Phylis J. Bickel; his children, Carol Collins of Hudson, Rick Collins (Terri) of Monticello and Andy Collins (Susan) of Kenosha, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Ryan Collins (Amy), Melissa Crosby (Jordan), Sara Collins and Magen Collins; his great grandchildren, Trinity, Colin, Conor, Caleb, Caroline, Ben and Eleanor; and his sisters, Judy Childs of Georgia and Jackie Collins of Georgia.
