He is survived by: his mother Martha Weaver (Schrock); and his siblings, Mary Etta Mullet (Ben) of Milford, Vera Chupp (Steve) of Shipshewana, Verlyn Weaver (Deborah) of Topeka, David Jr. Weaver of Topeka and Maynard Weaver (Linda) of Goshen. He is also survived by 18 nieces, six nephews.
