Bolen, Alexander C. Slone, Jammie Yuhas (William), Jessica Johnson, David Johnloz, Gregory Scofield, Richard Davis, Jr. (Amanda) and Robert Davis; his siblings, Joyce Crager of Auburn and Herbert Scofield of New Carlisle; and his father Merrit Scofield.
