He is survived by: his daughters, Lynn Ann Lacluyse (Douglas) of Kokomo and Beth Ellen Patch of Howe, IN; his grandchildren, Christopher Jacob Dugdale (Lauren), Kyle Andrew Dugdale (Brooklyn), Rachel Lynn Syverson (Alex) and Lauren Renee Patch; his great grandchildren, Koralyn Ann Dugdale, Kohen Andrew Dugdale and Brogan Michael Dugdale; his sisters, Karen Conley, Jean Byrne (Conley) and Mary Nell Conley; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Malerich (Warner) and Cathy Conley (Henninger).
