He was predeceased by: his mother Maryanne Gilger (Torok); and his brothers, Jim Gilger and Terry Gilger. He is survived by: his father Gordon Gilger of Howe; his children, Amanda Burgess of Constantine, William Gilger of Kinderhook, Dustin Gilger (Brittany) of Howe and Anthony Hahn (Lisa) of Howe; his brothers, Tim Gilger (Guy) of Sturgis and Robert Gilger (Marlene) of Murray, Kentucky; and his close friend Catherine Penziol. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
