It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Anne Catherine Patka (Howe, Indiana), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Jarosz and Irene Jarosz (Osmanska); and her sister Mary Sasak. She is survived by: her husband Warren F. Patka; her children, Stephanie Ann Patka Mahoney (Jeff) of Fort Wayne, Matthew Edward Patka (Natalie) of Fort Wayne, Michael Joseph Patka (Calla) of Millersburg, IN and Sandra Marie Patka of Howe, IN; and her grandchildren, Jaxon Patka, Beckham Patka and Mason Patka.
