He was predeceased by: his parents, Forest Clark and Eunice Barber Clark; and his sister Donna Clark. He is survived by: his children, Aaron Clark (Katie) of Trafalgar, Dylan Clark (Tasha) of Columbus, Tabatha Clark of Columbus, Raymon Clark of North Vernon and Samantha Clark (Jake Pardieck) of Hope, Indiana; and his siblings, Jim Clark (Suzanne) of Cut, Robert Clark (June) of Tucson, Arizona and Annita Clark of Tucson, Arizona. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
The family would like to thank the Hope Volunteer Fire Department for their quick response to Tom's home on Tuesday and would like to encourage those wanting to give a memorial contribution in Tom's memory to give to the Hope Volunteer Fire Department.
