He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Dailey and Dorothy Heilman Dailey; his wife Sheila Janes of Hope; and his siblings, Francis Dailey and Berniece Dailey.

He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Dailey (Diana) of Hope and Ruth Huntsman of Cadiz, Kentucky. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
