He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Donald Wayne Coy, Judith Guinn, Joan, Jerry Rollins and William Emmerson Phares; and his uncle Craig Phares.
He is survived by: his parents, Joe Coy of Hope and Brenda Humbel (Charlie) of North Vernon; his sister Emily Campbell (Shane) of Hope; his nieces, Peyton Campbell of Washington and Haylin Campbell of Hope; his aunts, Susan Wilson (Tony) of Hope, Sally Willey of Shelbyville, Stephanie Bowers of Edinburgh, Bobbi Dailey (John) of Hope and Teresa Hadley of Hope; his uncle Rick Rollins (Barb) of Columbus; and his cousins, Brandi Coy and Michael Brock. He is also survived by siblings and many other cousins.
