Miller (Hope, Indiana), born in Franklin, Indiana, who passed away on January 19, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Miller and Annie Stitt Miller; his wife Rachel Rhoades; and his siblings, Bill, Lee Miller and Evelyn Quillin Kelsay. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
