She was predeceased by: her parents, Uriah Dailey and Flora Mae Gore Dailey; her husband Louis Bense; her daughters, Beverly Elliott and Wanda Fortner; and her siblings, Ernest Dailey, Harold Dailey, Homer Dailey, Clarence Dailey, Earl Dailey, Marion Boilanger, Irene Percifield and Dorothy Whittington.
She is survived by: her daughters, Brenda Shireman (David) of Hartsville and Debbie Cox of Hope; her grandchildren, Beth AmRhein (Kevin), Justin Shireman, Michelle Sackett (Robert), Jeff Elliott (Andrea), Kevin Elliott, Glendon Cox (Sarah) and Morgan Thayer (Ryan); her brothers, Alva Dailey and Dale Dailey; and her sons-in-law, Steve Fortner and Charles Elliott. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
