He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. J. Floyd and Wanda I. Dobbs Haislup; his children, Jeffrey Haislup and Cynthia Haislup; and his sister Shirley Duncan.
He is survived by: his wife Nelda Stainbrook of Hope; his daughters, Cheryl Mize (Dennis) of Hope and Teresa Henderson (Gary) of Hope; his grandchildren, Brandon Mize (Jessica) of Columbus, Lauren Wilson (Chris Hawley) of Columbus, Bret Mize (Danielle) of Hope and Bryce Mize (Bethany) of Hope; his great grandchildren, Riley Wilson, Zoey Mize, Emery Mize, Camden Mize, Ethan Mize, Gibson Mize and Rowan Mize; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Hailey Shaw, Leylani Hawley and Christopher Hawley; his sister Lois McCreary (Jerry) of Tennessee; and his brother-in-law Randy Stainbrook (Jaime) of Hope. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
