She was predeceased by: her husband George F. Hege; her siblings, Charles, Lester Whittington, Maxine Jackson and Mary Glasson; and her son Vance Hege.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Sturgeon (David) of Indianapolis and Mark Hege (Tammy) of Columbus; her grandchildren, George Hege (Jenny Lonaker) of Columbus, Stacy Tapke (Trey) of Crestview Hills, KY, Charles Tyree (Taryn) of Danville, IN, Jacob Hege (Beth) of Rensselaer, IN, Cody Hege (Rikki) of Hope, Tiffany Peterman (Erik) of Midlothian, TX and Aleesa Dickerson (Casey) of Hope; her great grandchildren, Elias Hege, Richard, Teddy Tapke, Briley, Emery Tyree, Owen and Hallie Hege; and her grandchildren, Brody, Andi Hege, Easton, Evie, Ella Peterman, Graham and Tucker Dickerson. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and other relatives.
In lieu of traditional flowers, memorial donations can be made to Hope FFA, Hope Moravian Church Basement Renovations, or Our Hospice of South Central Indiana through Norman's Funeral Home.
