He was predeceased by: his mother Jeanne Joann Perkinson (Comer); and his wife Anna Marie Perkinson (Miller). He is survived by: his father Jackie L. Perkinson Sr.; his daughters, Cheyenne Regina Perkinson (Michael House) of Columbus and Dakota Jo Perkinson of Brownstown, Indiana; his brother Jackie L. Perkinson (Londa) of Scottsburg, Indiana; and his grandchildren, Ethan House, Landyn Jessie, Paisley Jessie and Carter Brown.
