Betty L. Sims Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty L. Sims (Hope, Indiana), born in Milford, Indiana, who passed away on January 2, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ora K. Miller and Jamie Norris Miller; her husband Everett Sims; her siblings, Paul Miller, Lawrence "Jim" Miller and Jean Platt; and her grandson Jeffrey Sims.

She is survived by: her sons, Harold Sims (Debbie) of Hope, James A. Sims (Jannette) of Columbus, Greg Sims (Dottie) of Hope and David Sims (Sue) of Columbus. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions may be given to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana 2626 17th Street Columbus, Indiana 47201.
