It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Tallent Mee of Hope, Indiana, born in Albany, Kentucky, who passed away on April 2, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Tallent and Lura Burchett Tallent; her husband James Mee; her son Charles Mee; her granddaughter Adalyn Ann Mee; her great grandchild Hazel Grace Mee; and her siblings, Marvin Tallent, Aaron Tallent (Brenda) of Hope, Don Tallent and Elouise Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Scott Mee (Tracy) of Greensburg and James "Tony" Mee (Claudette) of Hope; her grandchildren, Tyler Mee, James Mee (Olivia), Aaron Mee, Jacob Mee, Noah Mee, Addison Mee, Bret Hollman (Mindy Mullis), Ryan Hollman, Josh Shepherd (Chloe), Caleb Shepherd (Megan) and Ashton Hibbs (Jon); and her brother F. M. Tallent of Albany, KY. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
